Sometimes things happen! Sometimes in the machining process, unforeseeable things happen. You may or may not be able to see the imperfection, but I know it is there. Therefore, you get the item at a reduced cost. The imperfection with this 3D Jesus Carving is a burrow from a bug before the tree was harvested. It is located at the top of the head in the hair. The wood is kiln dried so the bug is long gone. This bug hole showed up when I was almost finished with the finishing pass on the CNC. It has been filled. I make this Full Disclosure so you can decide if you want a Blooper at reduced cost or the same item without any imperfections at the normal cost.

The first time I made this, I had to step back and take a look. This 3D carving of Jesus is absolutely stunning. It is made with 100% hardwood. Jesus is carved out of mahogany using a CNC router. The frame is handmade from walnut and has maple inlays with a slight beveled edge on the inside of the frame . The piece has an oil finish that brings out the true beauty of the natural wood. I think this is my favorite thing I make.
